Maryam Ebrahimi Participates in Richmond Hill Studio Tour

Maryam Embrahimi will be exhibiting in Richmond Hill’s Studio Tour on October 14 and 15. The show runs from 10am to 5pm on both days and Maryam’s work will be located at 18 Heirloom Street , Richmond Hill, ON L4E 4X7.

This is the 15th anniversary of the Richmond Hill Studio Tour and Maryam’s third year participating. The Studio Tour features over 45 artists from Richmond Hill and area. There truly is something available to everyone, with a wide assortment of paintings, jewelry, pottery and more.

Linda Ruscio McIntosh Announces Upcoming Exhibition

Linda presents a new series of mixed media collage in an exhibition titled, Rock | Paper | Scissors | Steel, from October 25 to 29 at the McKay Art Centre in Unionville. Join the artist for a reception on October 28 from 2-5pm.

Whitchurch-Stouffville Museum and Community Centre Hosts New Events

Bring your little ones to the Whitchurch-Stouffville Museum & Community Centre on Saturday, October 28th from 1:00-2:30pm for Ghoulicious!  They won’t want to miss this Halloween Treat!!!  Pre-registration is required.  Recommended ages: 3-10. 

You won’t want to miss An Evening with William Lyon Mackenzie at the Whitchurch-Stouffville Museum & Community Centre on Saturday, November 4th!  Cocktails will start at 6:15pm with an 1830’s inspired dinner being served at 7:00pm.   This entertaining evening, featuring Chris Raible, will introduce you to the real William Lyon Mackenzie!  The evening will also include music by a local, award-winning bagpiper!   Call to get your tickets now…they’re selling fast! 

Come to the Whitchurch-Stouffville Museum & Community Centre on Saturday, Nov 25th for our 37th Annual Victorian Tea!  Seating times of 11:30am & 1:30pm are available.  Pre-registration is required. 

From now through Dec 9th, come to the Whitchurch-Stouffville Museum & Community Centre to see the exhibit: “Canada’s 150th – Then and Now”.  The exhibit can be viewed during regular hours of operation and is included with general admission.

Lis Simpson Participates in the Whitchurch-Stouffville Studio Tour

Lis Simpson will be featuring her work during the 2017 Whitchurch-Stouffville Studio Tour, which will take place on October 14 and 15. Lis has been featured on the Studio Tour Blog and will appear as a guest on WhiStle Radio, FM 102.9 in the Stouffville area. She will be on the morning program Tuesday, October 3 from 8am to 9am with Sandra Burke talking about her processes and the tour as well.

Josée Savaria Announces Upcoming Exhibitions

Josée will be participating in the Autumn Art Sale Fundraiser at the McMichael Canadian Art Collection, October 20 - 22, 2017. She will also be exhibiting at Christmas is in the Air, November 4 - 5, 2017 at The Patrick House in Aurora.
